Our typical turnaround time for a custom order is 3-4 weeks.
Returns
Due to the fact that most of our orders are customized and personalized, we aren't able to offer returns, but please contact us if you have any questions about your order!

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all items! If you'd like Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, we offer flat rate shipping.
What leather do you use?
We only use traditional full grain vegetable tanned leather for its durable, long lasting nature that actually richens with age.
How are Henderson straps made?
Our straps are cut out of the hide, tooled, stained, and finished entirely by hand. We take pride in making sure each item is carefully hand-crafted for each individual order to ensure the highest quality.
Where are Henderson Straps made?
Each strap is made from our workshop in Virginia, USA.
