J D Crowe Style Banjo Strap
Henderson Leather Straps' exclusive "J.D. Crowe Banjo strap" makes a wonderful gift for any bluegrass lovin' banjo picker!
You will receive a entirely handmade, handtooled, genuine leather banjo strap reminiscent of the strap J.D. himself wore.
The "J.D" strap features an elegent pattern, beautifully set off by the mahogany stain. It can also be personalized with your choice of lettering (a name or initials is the most common choice). The lettering comes standard in the color natural/tan.
Each strap is around 55 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide. (Contact me to request a different length). The straps attach using Chicago screws. If you would prefer you can choose to add a snap attachment (as seen on our Dr Ralph Stanley banjo strap) to the ends for ease of adjustment/removal.
Each of our straps is made of full grain vegetable tanned leather. Because we use full grain, meaning the leather remains completely intact with only the hair removed, the original quality, character, and strength of the leather remains.
